Cabin requires deposit to hold reservations. Personal checks accepted for advance deposit.
Deposit equal to 50% of stay is required to secure reservations with the balance
30 days prior to arrival.
Posted rates are for two people. We accept cash, personal checks and
travelers checks and money orders.
Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible.
Date changes, requests and cancellations must be received at least
45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. You are obliged to dates reserved.
Refunds will not be made for early departures. Refunds will be made if
notice of cancellation is received at least 45 days prior to the date of
arrival, minus a $25.00 administrative fee regardless of the reason.
Smoking is restricted to outside only. Smoking
inside the cabin will
result in a minimum charge to your credit card of $225 to cover
the cost of restoring the cabin to its arrival (non-smoking) state.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.For the comfort of all our guests as well
as maintaining the property we cannot allow pets of any kind in or on rental
premises.
Check in time is 3:00pm and checkout is 11:00am, unless other arrangements
have been made. .
Labor day weekend and some holidays require a 3 night minimum stay with
payment in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Guests are responsible for their rental unit during occupancy.
A valid credit card number is required for the security/damage deposit.
The owners reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at his or her own
complete discretion.
